1. What TicketRadar does

TicketRadar (ticketradar.net) is a price comparison service for event tickets. We display event information and publicly available starting prices from third-party ticketing platforms, and provide links to those platforms.

We do not sell, resell, broker, or issue tickets. We do not process payments, hold inventory, set prices, or fulfil orders. TicketRadar is not a party to any transaction between you and a ticketing platform.

2. Purchases happen on third-party platforms

When you click a listing, you leave TicketRadar and are taken to the relevant platform's own website. Any purchase is made directly with that platform under its terms and conditions, privacy policy, and customer service. Issues with orders, delivery, refunds, cancellations, or event changes must be resolved with the platform you bought from.

3. Prices and availability

• Prices shown are sourced from publicly available information and official partner feeds or APIs, and reflect the lowest price we saw at the time of the last update.
• Prices and availability change quickly and may be outdated at any moment. Displayed prices may exclude booking, service, or delivery fees added by the platform at checkout.
• Currency conversions other than the platform's own currency are estimates based on current exchange rates and are for guidance only.
• Always verify the final price on the seller's site before purchasing. We make no guarantee as to the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any price or availability information.

4. Resale marketplaces

Some platforms we compare are resale marketplaces where tickets are listed by third-party sellers and may be priced above or below face value. TicketRadar itself does not resell tickets and does not list individual tickets for sale. Ticket resale may be restricted or regulated in some jurisdictions or by some event organizers; it is your responsibility to check the platform's terms and the rules applicable to your event and location before buying.

5. Affiliate disclosure

TicketRadar may earn a commission from a platform when you click a link on our site and make a purchase there. This comes at no extra cost to you and does not influence our comparisons: listings are ranked by objective criteria such as price.

6. Intellectual property

Third-party names, logos, and trademarks shown on this site belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only. Their appearance does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement of TicketRadar.

7. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TicketRadar is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the service, from price or availability inaccuracies, or from any transaction with, or the conduct of, any third-party platform.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date above shows the latest revision. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
