Who we are

TicketRadar (ticketradar.net) is a ticket price comparison service. Operator details are in the Imprint. Contact for privacy matters: help@ticketradar.net.

What we collect

TicketRadar has no user accounts and does not ask for your name, email, or payment details. The data we process is minimal:

• Preference cookies: two functional cookies store your choices: NEXT_LOCALE (language) and NEXT_CURRENCY (currency). They contain no personal information and are not used for tracking or advertising.
• Server logs: like virtually every website, our hosting provider records standard technical data (IP address, browser type, requested page, timestamp) for security and error diagnosis. Logs are retained only as long as technically necessary.

We do not run advertising trackers, sell personal data, or build user profiles.

Affiliate links and third parties

Links to ticketing platforms may contain an affiliate identifier so the platform knows the visit came from TicketRadar. When you click through, the destination platform and/or its affiliate network (for example Awin or Impact) may set cookies on that platform's domain under their own privacy policies. We recommend reviewing the privacy policy of any site where you make a purchase.

Exchange rates and external data

Currency exchange rates and event data are fetched by our servers from third-party services. No personal data of yours is sent to these services.

Legal basis

Where the GDPR or similar laws apply, we process the data above on the basis of legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in operating a secure, functional website, and consent where required for non-essential cookies (currently we use none).

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or object to the processing of your personal data. As we store essentially no personal data beyond short-lived technical logs, most requests can be answered immediately. Email help@ticketradar.net and we will respond promptly. You can delete our preference cookies at any time in your browser settings.

We may update this policy as the service evolves (for example if we add analytics). The date above shows the latest revision.
